Six services · One crew

Iguana removal

Green iguanas wreck landscaping, foul pool decks, and undermine seawalls. We trap and humanely remove under FWC guidelines, and harden the property so the next one moves on.

Raccoon trapping

Raccoons in attics tear ductwork, soil insulation, and bring fleas. We trap, relocate per state rules, and then exclude every entry point, eaves, gable vents, roof returns.

Rat + roof rat exclusion

Roof rats run the trees of South Florida year-round. Trapping alone never works long term. We seal weep holes, plumbing chases, soffits, and roof penetrations.

Attic decontamination

After wildlife is out, the mess they left causes the next problem. We remove soiled insulation, sanitize, and re-blow to R-value, turning a biohazard back into usable space.

  • Antimicrobial fog
  • R-30 blow-in

How a visit works.

Four steps · Same week
01

Site survey

We identify species, map every active and potential entry point, and document damage with photos. You see what we see.

02

Removal

Trapping or one-way doors depending on species and stage. Licensed and humane. Daily checks on all traps per Florida statute.

03

Exclusion

Every entry point, and likely future entry, sealed with hardware cloth, mortar, and steel flashing. Warrantied in writing.

04

Decon + repair

Insulation, sanitation, and structural repairs as needed. We leave the attic safer than we found it.

One company. One crew.

The trap is step one. Exclusion is the actual job.

Most homeowners hire a trapper and the rats come back six months later. We seal every gap larger than a quarter-inch, weep holes, plumbing chases, dryer vents, garage thresholds, soffit returns.

That is what the warranty covers. The animal is just the symptom. The hole is the problem.

Common questions.

Straight answers
Q · 01

Do you kill the animals you trap?

Rats and invasive species like green iguanas are handled per Florida law. Native protected wildlife, raccoons, opossums, squirrels, is relocated or excluded with one-way doors per FWC guidelines.

Q · 02

How long does an exclusion job take?

Most single-family homes are sealed in one to three days depending on size and access. We do not leave a job half-done overnight.

Q · 03

Is there a warranty?

Yes, one year on all entry-point exclusions. If anything we sealed gets breached, we come back and fix it at no charge.

Q · 04

Will my insurance cover damage?

Sometimes, particularly when wildlife caused interior damage. We document everything with timestamped photos and itemized invoices to support claims.

Q · 05

Do you handle bats?

Yes, though bat work follows strict Florida exclusion-season rules (April 15 to August 15 is restricted). We schedule eviction around those dates.

Iguana was nesting in our seawall. They removed it humanely and installed mesh so the next one can't move in.
