How fast can you come out?

Non-emergency inspections are typically scheduled within five business days. Active leaks, dead animal odors, and storm damage are handled within 24 hours.

Will I have the same technician each visit?

For maintenance plans, yes. The person who first walked your property comes back. Single-visit work depends on the day's routing.

Do you offer Saturday appointments?

Yes, Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM. Sunday is by appointment for emergencies only. We are available 24/7 for emergency property maintenance calls.

Is the inspection really free?

Yes. We do not charge to come out, evaluate, and write a quote. The quote on paper is the quote you pay, no surprise add-ons after work begins.

Do you offer financing?

What does the warranty cover?

One-year workmanship on every install, exclusion, and seal we perform. Manufacturer warranties on water and pest equipment apply separately and are passed through to you.

How do bundle discounts work?

Two or more recurring services on the same account get 10% off the recurring price. Single-visit jobs do not bundle, they are already flat-rate.

Are pest products safe around kids and pets?

Yes. We use EPA-registered formulations applied in places kids and pets do not directly contact. Once dry, about 30 minutes, surfaces are safe to walk on.

How long does a water filtration install take?

Most whole-home filtration installs take 4–6 hours. RO under-sink installs run about 2 hours. We confirm timing the day before so you can plan your day.

Will iguanas come back after you remove them?

New ones might if conditions are still attractive, burrows, food sources, water. That is why we harden the property, not just trap. Most clients see a sustained reduction within 60 days.

Can I have my house pressure-washed if I have solar panels?

Yes. We soft-wash around panels and avoid direct pressure on the cells. We coordinate with your installer's spec sheet if you have one.
