Prep

Pressure washing vs soft washing, what's the difference?
High pressure cleans concrete, brick, and pavers. Soft washing uses low pressure with a cleaning solution, that's what roofs, painted surfaces, and stucco need. Using the wrong one strips paint and breaks tiles.
How often should I have my house exterior cleaned?
Most South Florida homes need a soft wash every 12–18 months. Pool decks and driveways do well on a yearly cycle. Roofs depend on tree cover.
Will the cleaning chemicals kill my plants?
Not when we apply them correctly. We pre-rinse every plant bed, dilute to spec, and post-rinse. We have not killed a landscape yet.
Do you clean tile and shingle roofs?
Both. Each requires different solution strengths and rinse pressures. We do not walk shingle roofs more than necessary.
How long does paver sealant last?
Three to five years with proper cleaning before reapplication. Sun and traffic shorten that, pool deck pavers may need refresh sooner than walkways.
