Service Requests and Quotes
Quotes and estimates provided on this site or through our forms are non-binding until confirmed in writing by a Worldwide Property Services representative after an on-site assessment. Pricing depends on property conditions, scope, and location and may change after inspection.
SMS / Text Messaging Program
By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example, by checking an SMS consent box, requesting a callback, or texting our number), you consent to receive SMS messages from Worldwide Property Services at the number you provided, sent using an automatic dialing system or otherwise. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Program: Worldwide Property Services customer notifications, appointment messages, and offers.
Message frequency is recurring — typically up to 6 messages per month, but may vary based on your account activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
For HELP, reply HELP to any message or call (888) 600-4915. To opt out at any time, reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any SMS message; you will receive a single confirmation and no further messages.
We do not share mobile opt-in or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Service Guarantee
Our 100% workmanship guarantee covers re-treatment or re-service on covered items within the warranty period stated on your service agreement. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, alteration, or conditions outside our service scope.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Worldwide Property Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our prior written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
